This expedition would never have been possible without the help of several people who committed themselves to the project, and, by their moral, material and financial support made this dream a reality, and thus enabled me to share the adventure with you:

The guys at ICE (Inspired Cycle Engineering) - an English company who manufactures high quality recumbent tricycles and bicycles - were the first to have faith in my project and gave me a complete trike with accessories for last summer's trip in the Indian Himalayas. They have also provided invaluable advice and support since the very beginning. On this trip, I will proudly test out one of their brand new fully-suspended trikes, an Adventure FS. Moreover, they supply me with equipment including high-end schwalbe tyres and Radical Design sidepods.

I was awarded a "Bourse de l'Aventure SPB 2010" by the Guilde Européenne du Raid and SPB Insurances.

Jean-Jacques Courrée (Le Barjonaute), who rents tricycles and organizes rides in the South of France, is giving me advice and logistic help. He also provided the "Trike Crossing" logo.

Specializing in cycle-touring equipment, Julien from Cyclo-Randonnée offered me a voucher and much relevant advice.

First and foremost I want to thank (in any order) :

- JP Hénon from M5 who was the first one to introduce me to recumbent tricycles,

- Céline Trousseau from Cyclociel for helping me assembling the trike,

- Rémy Bochet who kindly offered me a pair of Shimano MT91 shoes,

- Laurent Ness from On Avance for his multiple answers to my never-ending questions,

- Bernard Magnouloux for his inspiring stories on cycle-touring adventures,

- Pierre for his patience, kindness and support during the ride in Ladakh (July-August 2009),

- Olivier et Johanna Nobili from the excellent magazine Carnets d'Aventures for the trust that they placed in me by publishing two articles,

- Bruno Saulet for kindly inviting me to present a slideshow at EuroVeloGex,

- Serge Fichant from Cyclo-Camping International (a network I also belong to) for his support and for giving publicity to the project.

Of course (and that's where I should have started) a big thank you to my family and friends who support me in this adventure, and cope with my mood swings...

Last but not least, thanks to all of you, travellers and cyclists from all over the world for being, through your adventures, a constant source of inspiration.
